Wholesale FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things buyers ask most. Anything not covered here — reach out and we will walk you through it.

What is the minimum order?

A quarter pound. The catalog is open whether you are buying a quarter pound to test a strain or moving a pallet.

How does tier pricing work?

Every lot carries a base price per pound. As your volume climbs, the per-pound rate steps down through four tiers — 1–4 lb, 5–9 lb, 10–24 lb, and 25 lb and up. Tier 4 is priced individually.

Do I need a license to buy?

No. Wholesale pricing is open to anyone 21+ who signs up and verifies their email — retailers, dispensaries, brands, processors, distributors, and individuals buying in bulk.

How do I place an order?

Sign up with email and password, verify your email, browse the catalog, add lots and pound counts to your cart, pick substitution preferences if you want, and check out. You get an order confirmation by email and a tracking number when it ships.

What does shipping cost?

Freight is quoted per order based on weight and destination. Orders of 10 pounds or more ship free within eligible states.

Is everything lab tested?

Every batch is full-panel tested — potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbials. The COA travels with the exact batch you receive, and results are public on our Lab Results page.

Is this legal hemp?

Yes. All hemp products contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less by dry weight and meet the definition of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill.

What is the 2018 Farm Bill?

The 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (the "Farm Bill") removed hemp — defined as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight — from the federal Controlled Substances Act. Hemp and hemp derivatives are federally legal to grow, sell, and ship interstate when they meet that threshold. States can add their own restrictions on top, so always check your state's rules.

What's the difference between hemp and marijuana?

Botanically they are the same plant — Cannabis sativa L. The legal line is the Delta-9 THC content by dry weight: at 0.3% or below it is federally-legal hemp; above that it is federally-controlled marijuana. Everything we sell is on the hemp side of that line.

Are the mushrooms here legal?

The functional and culinary varieties we list — Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and similar — are non-psychoactive and federally legal to buy, sell and ship across the United States. Any product labeled "Non-Detect Legal Shrooms" has been lab-tested to read non-detect for controlled compounds; we make no representations beyond what the lab report on each batch shows.

Can you ship to my state?

Federally-legal hemp ships to all 50 states. A small number of states place added restrictions on certain hemp products (smokeable flower, THCA, Delta-8, etc.) — if your state restricts a specific item, our system will flag it at checkout. Functional mushroom products ship nationwide.

What is a COA?

A Certificate of Analysis — a third-party lab report on a specific batch. It confirms potency and screens for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbials. Every batch we ship has one, and the COA links straight to the batch number on the product page.

Can I reorder the same strain and batch?

We restock core strains on a schedule. Batch numbers change with each harvest, but we will always tell you what is current and what is coming.
