We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and D.C. A handful of states have additional restrictions on certain hemp products (smokeable flower, Delta-8, THCA, etc.); orders to those states may be flagged for review before fulfilment. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders typically pack and ship within 1–3 business days of payment. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. You'll get a tracking number by email when the order leaves the fulfilment center.
Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders of 10 pounds or more ship free within eligible states.
At checkout you choose a substitution preference per item: no substitutions, vendor's choice, or specific alternates only. If an item is unavailable and you've authorized a substitution, we may ship a similar product in its place. Lines marked "do not substitute" are refunded if the original is unavailable.
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, short-shipped, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form with your order number and photos. We'll work with you on a replacement, refund or credit.
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of opened or used flower or mushroom lots. Unopened, sealed lots in their original packaging may be returnable at our discretion if requested within 7 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods (or, for damage claims, of resolving the claim). Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
An order can be cancelled any time before it enters the packed state. Once packed, the order is committed; if you need to cancel a packed order, contact us right away and we'll do our best.
All hemp products contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less by dry weight and meet the definition of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. The buyer is responsible for verifying legality in their state, county and city before ordering.
