You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or purchase any product. By creating an account or placing an order you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and legally permitted to receive hemp and related products at your shipping address.
All hemp products on this Site contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less by dry weight and meet the definition of hemp under the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act ("Farm Bill"). State and local laws vary; you are responsible for verifying legality in your jurisdiction before ordering.
Statements about wellness or therapeutic effects have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Prices are listed per pound and may change at any time. Tier pricing applies to the total weight per lot in a single order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order.
When you authorize substitutions at checkout, we may ship a similar alternate product in place of one that is unavailable. You may decline substitutions per item; orders marked "do not substitute" will be refunded for the unavailable line.

Payment is collected through the payment options shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total of your order, including any taxes and shipping.
